Candidates should adopt the persona of Heathcliff returning to Wuthering Heights after three years.
Good answers will convey his complex motivations: revenge, his enduring love for Catherine, and his desire for social elevation.
He might reflect on his past suffering, his transformation (wealth, demeanor), and his plans for vengeance against Hindley and Edgar.
Consider his anticipation of seeing Catherine again and the potential for rekindling their intense bond.
Look for language that reflects his brooding, intense, and often cruel nature, combined with a deep, almost primal passion.
